Hike & Heal is a small-group hiking experience for women seeking a slower pace, meaningful connection, and a space to reconnect with themselves through nature.
Through intentional walks, guided reflection, conversation, and quiet moments, Hike & Heal creates opporunrtiies to step away from the demands of everyday life and return to yourself.

No hiking experience is necessary, just a willingness to show up as you are.

Hello! As a therapist, nature enthusiast, and firm believer that some of life's best conversations happen on a walk, I created Hike & Heal as a space for women to connect, reflect, and grow together. My work is rooted in the belief that nature has a unique way of helping us slow down, come into ourselves, and remember we're meant to live life in community.
Whether you're navigating a season of change, feeling disconnected, carrying stress, or simply craving community, this group offers a chance to move your body, breathe fresh air, share your story, and be reminded that healing often happens one step at a time.

Do I need hiking experience?
Not at all. Hike & Heal is focused on connection and reflection rather than athletic performance. We'll move at a comfortable pace that allows for conversation and presence.
What should I bring?
Comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, water, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable outdoors.
What if it rains?
Weather-related updates will be communicated prior to each gathering. Depending on conditions, hikes may be rescheduled or relocated.
Can I attend just one session?
Yes. The first gathering is offered as a drop-in experience, and you're welcome to attend as your schedule allows.
Is this therapy?
Hike & Heal is a therapeutic experience focused on connection, reflection, and personal growth. It is not a substitute for individual psychotherapy or mental health treatment.
