Hi, I’m
Bailey!

Mother. Therapist. Creative.

As a mother, I understand the invisible weight of constantly being needed, the mental load, the emotional labor, the quiet disappearance of parts of yourself.

The Rested Mother Workshop blends my background in mental health with my belief that women need spaces that are not always about “doing”, but about remembering.

Remembering who you are.
Remembering how to pause.
Remembering that rest is allowed.

I am honored to hold this space for you.

Bonus: Kids Yoga & More

There will be an optional on-site childcare experience for young children during The Rested Mother Workshop. While you settle into reflection and creativity, your children can participate in a kid-friendly yoga session and afterwards engage in a springtime craft.

Yoga is designed for kids ages 4-9 years old, though older children can participate too. Children younger than 4 years old are welcome to attend and play in with toys and activities provided on-site. If your baby wants to sit on your lap the whole time, that's perfectly fine too!

More about Anna Grace below.

Meet your kids yoga host:

Anna Grace

Anna Grace is a, soon-to-be, licensed therapist certified in children’s yoga, who is passionate about helping kids feel grounded, expressive, and at ease.

She will guide the children (4-9 years) in a gentle spring yoga session with the opportunity for movement-based play & creativity following, while holding a safe, calm space – so moms can fully relax and engage in the workshop.

FAQ

Do I need to bring anything with me?

No! Art supplies, journals, writing utensils, snacks, music, childcare, and good times all provided. Just show up exactly as you are.

IS THER AN AGE LIMIT FOR KIDS YOGA?

Yoga is designed for kids 4-9 years old. If your child is younger than 4 they may still attend and play in the toy area or stay with you during the workshop.

WHAT IF MY KIDS ARE GROWN?

That is totally fine. You can be a mother to any age child, we all need rest. Mothering is a lot at any age.

WHAT IF I’M NOT “CREATIVE”?

Perfect. The art-making is guided, accessible, and completely judgment-free. You do not need experience with journaling, painting, or creative work — just a willingness to show up and be present.

IS THIS A THERAPY GROUP?

No. This is a community workshop, not a therapy group. While emotions may arise, this space is designed for reflection, art-making, and connection, not clinical or mental health treatment.

WHAT IF MY KIDS DON'T PARTICIPATE IN YOGA?// WHAT IF THEY ARE “disruptive”?

There will be a craft station and some toys for children who don't want to participate in yoga. If you don't bring your kids, just know that kids will be present… and with kids present, we will be interrupted and that is part of the experience.

DO YOU OFFER A DISCOUNTED RATE?

Yes! If you are in need of financial assistance, please email me at [email protected] before registering to receive a discount code.

This is your permission slip to pause & show up just as you are.
